This policy explains what information BrotherVibe ("we", "us") collects on brothervibe.com and what we do with it. Plain English, no surprises.

What we collect

• What you give us. If you fill out the application on this site, we collect the answers you type and pick: your name, email, phone number, firm name, state, and your answers about your practice.
• What's collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) that collect standard usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found the site. These tools use cookies.

What we use it for

• To review your application and contact you about it. That's the whole point of the form.
• To understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not share your application answers with third parties, other than the service providers that run this site's basic plumbing (hosting, analytics, scheduling).
• We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies and advertising

How long we keep it

Application details are kept for as long as they're relevant to a working relationship or a conversation about one, and deleted on request.
